I’m Brandon Meeks, a bassist, composer, and bandleader whose work is rooted in jazz and the broader tradition of Black American music.
For more than two decades, I’ve built a career around creating music that feels culturally grounded, contemporary, and alive.
That matters when your event is asking music to do more than simply fill time.
